Masters Blog
My family are a well know family in Barnsley. After losing my dad Robin Masters last year for some reason it made me want to know about my history and the history of The Metro Trading Centre at Barugh Green, which was originally called and owned by Brooks Motors.
When I visited the archives at the town hall, I was overwhelmed by the amount of information they had for me, 12 boxes in total. Over the next couple of months I am hoping to start adding a monthly blog to my site about the histories of both the Masters family and the site i now occupy at Barugh Green.
If anyone does have any information or photo's they would like to share. I would be hugely grateful, Louise ❤
